Sometimes things in life change so slowly that you do not realize how things have actually changed significantly until you sit back and reflect on where you are relative to where you were. The other day, while sitting at a spring training baseball game, I listened to the singing of the national anthem which of course includes the words, “land of the free.” I realized how far we have allowed the political class to take us away from that concept, “the land of the free.” Reflect for a moment on the following conditions and how those conditions deny us the freedom we may have had at one point in the past:

You cannot be free if all levels of government take about 40% of your annual income in order to support itself and perpetuate itself. According to the Tax Foundation, the average American household worked until May 29 in 2009 in order cover all of the political class’s spending including covering the deficit spending by the Federal government. According to the Tax Foundation, the average American household now sends more money to the political class in taxes than it spends on clothing, food, and housing combined. By taking 40% of our income every year, the government denies and restricts us the freedom of choice to send our kids to a better school, support a charity as we would like, start a small business, buy a better home, or just to do anything we want with the money we earned. If you do not have financial freedom, due to excessive taxation, you are not free.
You cannot be free if the political class gerrymanders Congressional districts in order to guarantee that incumbents and the incumbent party is almost impossible to defeat. According to retiring Senator Evan Bayh, he estimates that about 15 Congressional districts, out of 435, are truly competitive. Republican gerrymandered districts will almost always elect a Republican Congressman or woman and Democratic gerrymandered districts will almost always elect a Democratic Congressman or woman. Thus, if you are a Democrat living in a Republican district, your vote will almost always be useless since you have been lumped into a district configured to be overwhelmingly Republican, and the same for a Republican living in a Democratic district. If you vote is useless, you are not free.
You cannot be free if the political class decides when and if your votes in the primary elections are to be counted. In 2008, the Democrats’ leadership decided that Florida votes for the Democratic nominee for President would not count since the Florida Democrats had the audacity to move up their primary date in order to be relevant. If the political class can cut you out of the election process because of scheduling, you do not have a true voice in electing the country’s leaders. If the political class can decide if and when your vote counts, you are not free.
You cannot be free if the political class takes hard earned taxpayer money and constantly shovels it out towards businesses, unions, and lobbyists in exchange or reciprical donations to their re-election campaigns. The recent 2010 budget included over 11,000 earmarks, each representing the sale of freedom for donations. If business, union, and lobbyist interest override individual Americans’ desires, you are not free.
You cannot be free if, at the end of the primary season, party leaders can override the wishes of individual Americans who voted in the primaries and replace their choice for Presidential candidate. The Democratic party has super delegates at their Presidential conventions, special delegates that can override the wishes of all those who thought they had a voice in electing their leaders. If the results your voting depends on the ultimate and final approval of a small cadre or politburo of politicians, who can override your choice, you are not free.
You cannot be free if the government can seize your home and property under eminent domain and turn that property over to private interests for development. In the Supreme Court ruling in Kelo vs. New London, the local political class was allowed to seize homeowners’ property, for a supposedly fair market place, in order to have private developers remake the area, versus the traditional reasons for eminent domain (schools, roads, bridges). Homeowners had to move against their will, giving up their land and homes. Ironically, the private development project was a flop so that the local political class got nothing for its abuse of eminent domain. If the government can take your property in the name of private development/public good, you are not free.
You cannot be free if the government can access your phone records, Internet histories, library activity, etc. The Patriot Act was ramrodded through after 9-11 and encouraged the government security apparatuses to be more aggressive and freedom threatening in the name of homeland security. If the Patriot Act and its potential for abuse is in effect, you are not free.
You cannot be free if the government denies the concept of freedom to others outside of the United States. Whether it is torturing prisoners under its control, denying due process to those same prisoners, instituting trade embargoes against long ago enemies (e.g. Cuba), etc., egregious behavior directed against non-Americans makes it easier for the political class to eventually, and subtly, direct that same behavior against Americans. If lack of due process and torture can be potentially directed at you, you cannot be free.
You cannot be free if those in the political class hold you and the rest of America in contempt. When Americans used their freedom of speech guarantee and spoke up to argue against the current atrocity called health care reform, Speaker Of The House Nancy Pelosi called them un-American. At the opening of the new visitors center in D.C. a center paid for with American taxpayer money, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid declared that Americans visiting D.C. in the summer physically smelled. When incumbent Congress people accept campaign donations from companies, unions, and lobbyists that do not even do business in their state or Congressional district, they are more likely to reward those out of district and out of state donors than work for the good of their constituents. If your leaders do not respect you and view your interests with contempt, you are not free.

It gets depressing when you take a really hard look at where freedom and liberty stand in this country today. We have allowed the political class to slowly but steadily erode our freedom that is recognized only as we view the deterioration over time. This deterioration is what the fifty steps in “love My Country, Loathe My Government” attempts to redress. We need to act now before the political class makes a total sham out of “land of the free.”

Every one has his or her own concept of worldly things and the objects what he or she has learned and understood from the stage of following to the leading stage of his or her own life everywhere and in every time from the age knowing himself or herself duly passing the schooling including learning parental teaching from childhood to the age of maturity. In other words it can be called from the dependence to independence from the point of thoughts to the ways of earning for life. The concept of everyone without specifications could be formed to understand that he is in his way of living in his own way. He has been busy in his own subjects and making his life busy with some objects set inside to continue his normal life. So that he can be called a man of his life with some of his ideas, actions, plans, pleasures, emotions, convictions, commitments, sorrows, loneliness, sharing of time at the interested issues, ideas, things and some times individuals for a while and used to maintain his life in such a way as he pleased even small breakup and small adding of one or other in his life. In essence here two things are very clearly established that the things and actions of his interest and his needed one and the another one which is least of his interest and have a little idea about it to act upon it as it is the part of outside of his concerns. And the same things can be divided on the lines of treating these two as the active form of subjects and the another is the passive form of acts and interest in the mind for external actions which guides him in his normal life as every one is living and the same principle is applicable to all in the society covering every corner and nook of the globe without dividing on the scale of developed, developing and other the most backward states. Every one may have the family as living and unifying factor for few family members in which more than one or all of its members may earn or for the common responsibility of the family. Mostly father, mother or elder earns for the self and the other dependents. This kind of members may have the additional responsibility of looking the family besides feeding it by maintaining his way of life and thoughts and have the circle of acts in cycling model for the interest of his concerns and his subjects in his life in the society. He has his subjects in his life and his actions upon which his experience and expertise of such subjects emerges in him besides the expertise in the field of earning which has already been fixed and used to continue either by his wish or for some other reasons behind his life as it has been emerged from its possible reach and length of its availability. every individual has been in the constant touch of the prioritized subjects of his own would lead him to stand in the expertise and extensive participation in such actions and its works be treated as the particularity in the subject and the same particularity make him to live him in the sphere of generality of other’s views. Every one who has his views on others whose specifications and interests of his subjects for another can be called the generality. In essence the views of every one from his views on others may have the link and direct and indirect participation to the extent of their interests and their subjects can be treated for each other as generality and particularity. Generally speaking the share and the participation in their own subjects are interlinked for them and interchangeable in its nature. It establishes that the view of every one in primary level irrespective of considering the material facts called views only and the looking the material facts in the worldly things through their views called views only. The part of playing the key role from the first point of generality is particularity and which is the source and lead in other things of its origin and leading is called particularity only. Particularity itself can not see the whole thing of generality because the particularity is the nucleus and key factor in leading all the things like some other particularities that are the semblances for form the material world for the generality. In both ways including the material facts the views can go along side by side without requiring the convictions of others who views these things from their views as their generality by alienating themselves from the both views and its material facts. And alienation of others from their generality alone and sticking up themselves to their particular generality do not have any influence over it directly by other generalist views. The transformation of both views and material facts from the view of generality would never give rise in affecting it in transforming it from any form or from immaterialized form to materialized form, but the particularity in the general sphere would definitely give rise to the generality both in its view and in its material facts. In this way the transformation of the society form its earlier form to the newly and another form is based up on the complete factors and players of the particularities only, because the particularity alone has the participation, constant touch and complete knowledge with skill and their labor in the field of the particularity in the sphere of generality as it has the confidence over its subjects that mold them with commitment to take part in the work of particularity only. On the other hand the transformation and change in the particularity by any individual is depended upon its more than six factors what I can analyze them. Of them one is genetic effect and its influence on his mind to attract the work to be done by him through his participation in any stage of life of the individual in the field of particularity. Secondly the situational share in the participation in the specific field of particularity in any age of the individual on the scale of his regular activities in his life time due to having the aspirations of identification of himself or for existential apprehensions including his comfort for himself in his life. Third source is here to identify that his mind and his concept of achieving something in his life can entice him to take part in the cause of his will. Without having the will and interest in participating in the field of particularity for want of his need and his requirements having other subjects in mind may be the reason itself to form the transformation of the society as forth point in this way. Through the support of outsider in the particularity to what the individual required to be needed to do what he has intended to do is the fifth source of the transformation itself by its active factor. The last source as its fifth the particularity in the sphere of the generality by any individual, is that it emerges as new from its own contradictions of each particularity in the sphere of the generality. At the same time the generality alone cannot transform anything from any previous condition to the next state of its condition unless and until it has the direct relationship or indirect influence upon it while making it as to what is intended to be done by any individual in the society, family and in the state.

India saw two days of political turnmoil before passage of women reservation bill. Rajya sabha was adjourned 9 times in 2 days and finally suspension of 7 members who behaved as if they were local jobless people paid to distrupt rajya sabha. Bill was then debated and finally passed.

While opinion where divided with majority of India supporting the bill , there were sizeable number of Indian citizens who opposed the bill. Those who are against the bill are again in three categories . First one support more representation of women but are against reservation , second one want quota within the quota while minor category is of those who oppose women empowerment itself!!!!!!!!!

While as far as this bill is concerned , procedure were followed. Bil was formed on basis of recommendation of committee , then it was tabled , debated and then voted. But there is another hidden reservation which is in practise in state assembly , loksabha . This hidden reservation doesnot have official bill , voting or debate. May be it was not needed and was accepted as unwritten law.

The name of this reservation is POLITICIAN FAMILY BILL. Under this unofficial bill seats are reserved by party for benefit of offsprings of their leaders. Rahul gandhi , varun gandhi , sachin pilot , supriya shule , scindhiya , uddav thackeray and even raj have entered public forum, politics and to parliament /state assembly using this POLITICIAN FAMILY BILL.

Percentage of reserved seat under this is not fixed but is likely to reach 40% in another 50 years and this bill doesnot need debate and neither there would be any opposition for the same.

Barack Obama refuses to call FoxNews a news organization and in 2009 he attempted to get the other news sources to ban FoxNews from the Press Pool. Unfortunately, for him, the other news outlets realized that IF Obama and his minions could take out FoxNews, they could take out anyone. It didn’t work. Now, the left-wingers are out to get Matt Drudge!  

The Senate’s official gatekeeper, said the Drudge Report, a conservative news aggregator, and whitepages.com “are responsible for the many viruses popping up throughout the Senate,” according to an e-mail to the Environment and Public Works Committee.

In the very body sworn to protect and defend the Constitution, an e-mail is circulating warning U.S. Senate staffers not to view one of the most popular news sites on the Web, claiming it could spread computer viruses.

The Senate Sergeant-at-Arms, the chamber’s official gatekeeper, said the Drudge Report, a  news aggregator, and whitepages.com, a telephone directory site, “are responsible for the many viruses popping up throughout the Senate,” according to an e-mail from the Environment and Public Works Committee obtained by FoxNews.com.

Another e-mail from a separate office warned that staffers who had visited the Drudge Report or White Pages had experienced viruses on their PCs. “Please avoid using these sites until the Senate resolves this issue,” the e-mail read. “The Senate has been swamped the last couples of days with this issue.”

But the Drudge Report suggested that politics might be behind the warning, noting in an original story that the e-mail came as the “health care drama in the Capitol reaches a grand finale.” The Drudge Report noted that it served more than 29 million pages Monday without an e-mail complaint about “‘pop ups,’ or the site serving ‘viruses. The site was seen 149,967 times since March 1st from users at senate.gov and 244,347 times at house.gov. [10,825 visits from the White House, eop.gov]” the Drudge Report wrote.

Sensing that there is a full court press on to advance the healthcare bill, others are taking note.

Major business groups say President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul is a job killer, and they’re launching a multimillion-dollar ad campaign to take that message to voters. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Manufacturers, and groups ranging from contractors to retailers said Tuesday the Democratic health care bills would raise their expenses, while failing to control health care costs.

Advertisements will start airing nationwide Wednesday on cable television and shift in a few days to 17 states, targeting moderate and conservative Democrats whose votes are critical to passing the bill in the House. The campaign is estimated to cost between $4 million and $10 million, with the insurance industry paying part of the cost.

Larimer County and Jefferson County in the Denver Metro have decided that they are better at bail bonds than bondsmen/ladies.

It has been substantiated that judges are giving defendants cash bonds instead of the normal choice of a surety (bail) bond, cash bond or property bond. A cash bond opts out the traditional bail agent in lieu of the defendant’s family or friends coming up with the cash bail. This can sometimes be a problem and keep the defendant incarcerated longer than normal, at the tax payer’s expense. Other problems that occur are that the failure to appear rates skyrockets. This has been proven by past studies.

 The Private Sector Does it Better

Private bail bond insurers provide important services to defendants and society at no cost to taxpayers. In exchange for a fee, private bond agents secure the release of defendants from jails while the accused await trail. Compared to other types of pre-trial release, research indicates that private bond agents are more effective at ensuring defendants make their court appearances.[*] Individuals who obtain their release through private bond agents are 28 percent less likely to fail to appear before court than when freed on their own recognizance. When defendants fail to appear before the courts and remain at large for more than a year, private bond agents seem to be more effective at catching these fugitives than public law enforcement: Those released through the assistance of private bond agents have a fugitive rate that is 53 percent lower than the fugitive rates of those released on their own recognizance.

Instead of obtaining release through the assistance of private bond agents, an enormous infusion of Byrne JAG funding, as proposed by Congress, will likely lead to more criminals being released on their own recognizance. This, in turn, will most assuredly result in more criminals failing to appear before court and becoming fugitives from justice
