As you advance in levels and do quests, you gain more teleports to various locations in the world, changing what might be a half hour run over potentially dangerous terrain into an instant teleport using up a pittance of the game’s magic resource, runes. I do not think that the problem is in your end, as I also have knowledge in building websites with membership features, and I never had a problem like that, if the user exist in my database, there is no reason why they will not be able to login, and if they can't, I try to do my best to fix it as I know that it is my responsibility. If I have to send them through email the content they paid for, I would.
