“definitive” and “conclusory”? Dear God! Why don't these fuckers learn to speak english? You'd think a lawyer would know that “conclusory” means something along the lines of “convincing, but not excluding contradiction,” wouldn't you? How can something be “definitive” and capable of contradiction, at the same time? And if it is capable of contradiction, then why would one concerns oneself over it?
Perhaps if you somebody from Pepper Hamilton calls in, they'll explain?

Also, “white” is an American construction. Therefore “white” people aren't European. If Europeans travel to the US they might be called and classified as “white”, but once they go back to the country of their ethnic origin, they are no longer known as “white” and therefore are NOT “white”.
I actually own a copy of “The Zombie Survival Guide” and it's very funny. Actually if I remember correctly El Cid would be “nothing more then canned food” as his heavy armor would slow him down and horses ran away from the scent of the zombies (at least in the guide). A war verses the zombies depicted in the guide wouldn't really be considered a war, as the zombies have no thought processes whatsoever. The above example is a straw man argument, Jill makes a statement, Jack responds by derailing the statement. She says its his turn to make dinner but he never actually admits that it is. He attacks the dinner of hot dogs thus diverting attention away from the statement that its his turn to make dinner.
Another example:
Ben: Have you been using my razor to shave your legs again, its really dull?
Gina: You've been leaving your razor in the shower and it gets all clogged with shampoo and gel.
Ben: It does not, its dull and clogged with soft blonde hair, not from my brown beard.
Gina: You really need to stop leaving your razor in the shower, I almost stepped on it the other day.
Ben asks if Gina has been using his razor and she does not really answer his question. She diverts it with another statement. Another example of a straw man or argument.
